Lucy Holland

Lucy has been a keen enthusiast of Military Aviation since childhood and is particularly fond of World-War II era aircraft. She is also a well-trained chef, but somehow hates cooking! Lucy is a qualified Internal Auditor and has a great understanding of the QMS. If that wasn’t enough, Lucy has a few hobbies which include photography and her love of flight translates into her personal life where she keeps a bird aviary with around 20 budgies.

Myles Corey

Myles, our Managing Director, comes from an Engineering background. He has many years of knowledge regarding aircraft maintenance and aircraft technical documentation! Myles is also very passionate about resolving industry issues surrounding supply chain. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking (and eating) all types of cuisine, charcoal lit BBQs in the summer and a glass of wine to wind down at weekends.

Gareth Corey

Sales Director

Since leaving education, Gareth worked for a FTSE100 business and has been trained in various disciplines of the financial department before joining XS Aviation. Gareth has now been with us for 5 years. His good level of technical knowledge for various ATA chapters, particularly safety equipment and engines make him an integral part of the team. He is also very passionate about finding a cost-effective solution for customers with AOG spares requirements. As a father of two infants, Gareth enjoys days out exploring national attractions with his family.

Howard Sharp

Howard, our Business Development Manager, formed XS Aviation alongside Ken Tracy in 2013 and has worked in the aviation industry for over 30 years. For the past 15 years he has focused his attention towards building a network of contacts in Africa and has also worked with various banks and financial institutes as a mandated aircraft broker and Aviation Consultant.

Emma Sharp

Before joining XS Aviation in 2019, Emma oversaw the running of her family’s Graphic Design company. She has also been working as an independent HR consultant for the last 16 years. Emma is also a qualified personal trainer, and her passion lies in keeping fit, she’s a passionate yoga enthusiast.

Andrew McCloed

Andrew is an industry respected Auditor, who has years of experience auditing MRO workshops and Spare Parts Distributers. As a keen Sunderland supporter, Andrew enjoys going to the football with his family at weekends and spending a lot of time with them.

Ken Tracy

Ken has over 40 years’ worth of experience in MRO management. Previous experience includes being a General Manager of Inflite MRO Services who specialised in Aircraft Maintenance and operated a subsidiary components workshop, WAS Components Ltd. Ken is very Customer Relations focused.
